Access to Markets

Cloud County, Kansas is located on US Highway 81, the only four-lane highway connecting I-70 and I-80, two of America’s main arteries for shipping and distribution. Highway 81 provides quick access to Denver, Kansas City, Dallas and Omaha and Chicago.  

The County also has rail access through Class I, BNSF and short line, Kyle Railroad.

Concordia

As the county seat, Concordia is a rural town with the feel of a big city. Located equidistance between Interstates 70 and 80, US Highway 81 brings business traffic and visitors from across the nation to Concordia. Clyde

Nestled in a bend of the Republican River, Clyde is a rural farming community with small town values. Clyde offers residents a sense of security not easily found in larger cities. Located in northeast Cloud County on Kansas Highway 9 just 15 miles east of Concordia and US Highway 81. Miltonvale

Jamestown

With over 5,000 acres of public hunting, including 1,900 acres of wetland, the area is located along a major migration route for the Central Flyway. Aurora
